Bushwick South home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Bushwick South fell by $192,500 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,200,000 - a 13.8% decrease over the $1,392,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Bushwick South in the first quarter of 2016.
