Park Slope/Gowanus home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Park Slope/Gowanus fell by $170,000 while total sales decreased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $727,500 - a 18.9% decrease over the $897,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Park Slope/Gowanus in the first quarter of 2016.
