Nissequogue home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Nissequogue rose by $146,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $879,000 - a 20% increase over the $732,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Nissequogue in the third quarter of 2016.
