New Suffolk home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in New Suffolk fell by $8,000 while total sales decreased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $312,000 - a 2.5% decrease over the $320,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in New Suffolk in the third quarter of 2016.
