West Hampton Dunes home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in West Hampton Dunes rose by $630,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $3,450,000 - a 22.3% increase over the $2,820,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in West Hampton Dunes in the fourth quarter of 2016, as well.
