Napeague home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Napeague rose by $80,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,827,500 - a 4.6% increase over the $1,747,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Napeague in the fourth quarter of 2016.
