East New York home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in East New York fell by $40,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $570,000 - a 6.6% decrease over the $610,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in East New York in the first quarter of 2016.
