Washington Heights home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Washington Heights fell by $80,653 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $805,730 - a 9.1% decrease over the $886,383 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Washington Heights in the first quarter of 2016, as well.
