Upper East Side home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Upper East Side rose by $812,500 while total sales increased by 25.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,037,500 - a 66.3% increase over the $1,225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Upper East Side in the second quarter of 2016.
