Yorkville home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Yorkville fell by $80,000 while total sales decreased by 12.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $830,000 - a 8.8% decrease over the $910,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Yorkville in the second quarter of 2016.
