Prospect Heights home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Prospect Heights rose by $326,000 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $873,000 - a 59.6% increase over the $547,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Prospect Heights in the third quarter of 2016.
