The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in DUMBO/Vinegar Hill/Downtown Brooklyn/Boerum Hill fell by $392,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $982,500 - a 28.5% decrease over the $1,375,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in DUMBO/Vinegar Hill/Downtown Brooklyn/Boerum Hill in the fourth quarter of 2016.
