Bay Ridge home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Bay Ridge rose by $141,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $395,000 - a 55.8% increase over the $253,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Bay Ridge in the first quarter of 2017.
