Williamson (Wayne County) home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Williamson in Wayne County fell by $1,448 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $106,052 - a 1.3% decrease over the $107,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Williamson in September 2016.
