Palmyra home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Palmyra rose by $4,800 while total sales increased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $113,300 - a 4.4% increase over the $108,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Palmyra in February 2017.
