Williamsville home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Williamsville fell by $30,450 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,000 - a 12.2% decrease over the $250,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Williamsville in March 2016.
