Hamburg home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Hamburg rose by $14,320 while total sales increased by 23.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 10.6% increase over the $135,680 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Hamburg in March 2016.
