Hamburg home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Hamburg rose by $19,000 while total sales increased by 51.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 62 homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,500 - a 13.3% increase over the $142,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Hamburg in November 2016.
