Kenmore home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Kenmore rose by $10,500 while total sales decreased by 30.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 9.2% increase over the $114,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Kenmore in November 2016.
