Peekskill home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Peekskill fell by $30,000 while total sales increased by 138.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 11.1% decrease over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Peekskill in March 2016.
