Sleepy Hollow home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Sleepy Hollow fell by $153,000 while total sales increased by 300%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $604,000 - a 20.2% decrease over the $757,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Sleepy Hollow in July 2016.
