Pelham (Westchester County) home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Pelham in Westchester County fell by $440,000 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $505,000 - a 46.6% decrease over the $945,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Pelham in September 2016.
