Peekskill home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Peekskill rose by $61,500 while total sales increased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $321,000 - a 23.7% increase over the $259,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Peekskill in November 2016.
