Amagansett home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Amagansett rose by $506,550 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,275,000 - a 28.6% increase over the $1,768,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Amagansett in April 2016.
