Ocean Beach home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Ocean Beach rose by $377,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $845,000 - a 80.7% increase over the $467,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Ocean Beach in May 2016.
