Peconic home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Peconic rose by $187,000 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $712,000 - a 35.6% increase over the $525,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Peconic in July 2016.
