Northport home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Northport rose by $205,500 while total sales decreased by 72.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $645,500 - a 46.7% increase over the $440,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Northport in November 2016.
