Mount Sinai home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Mount Sinai fell by $61,750 while total sales remained unchanged with 12 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $289,750 - a 17.6% decrease over the $351,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Mount Sinai in November 2016, as well.
