Park Slope/Gowanus home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Park Slope/Gowanus rose by $43,000 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $855,000 - a 5.3% increase over the $812,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Park Slope/Gowanus in November 2016.
