Brooklyn home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Brooklyn rose by $71,000 while total sales decreased by 0.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 648 homes sold, with a median sale price of $650,000 - a 12.3% increase over the $579,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 654 homes sold in Brooklyn in November 2016.
