Prospect Heights home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Prospect Heights fell by $180,000 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $450,000 - a 28.6% decrease over the $630,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Prospect Heights in January 2017.
