Park Slope/Gowanus home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Park Slope/Gowanus fell by $370,000 while total sales increased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $640,000 - a 36.6% decrease over the $1,010,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Park Slope/Gowanus in January 2017.
