Chelsea home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Chelsea rose by $190,000 while total sales decreased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,370,000 - a 16.1% increase over the $1,180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Chelsea in March 2016.
