East Village home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in East Village fell by $447,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,002,500 - a 30.9% decrease over the $1,450,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in East Village in March 2016, as well.
