East Harlem home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in East Harlem fell by $317,601 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $432,399 - a 42.3% decrease over the $750,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in East Harlem in March 2016.
