Central Harlem home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Central Harlem rose by $550,000 while total sales increased by 160%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $995,000 - a 123.6% increase over the $445,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Central Harlem in April 2016.
