Manhattan Valley home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Manhattan Valley fell by $86,000 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $731,000 - a 10.5% decrease over the $817,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Manhattan Valley in August 2016.
