Murray Hill home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Murray Hill rose by $192,500 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,202,500 - a 19.1% increase over the $1,010,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Murray Hill in September 2016.
