Lincoln Square home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Lincoln Square fell by $610,038 while total sales decreased by 35%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,650,000 - a 27% decrease over the $2,260,038 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Lincoln Square in November 2016.
