Upper West Side home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Upper West Side fell by $230,000 while total sales decreased by 8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,020,000 - a 18.4% decrease over the $1,250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Upper West Side in November 2016.
