Times Square home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Times Square rose by $7,435 while total sales decreased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $990,000 - a 0.8% increase over the $982,565 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Times Square in November 2016.
