Midtown home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Midtown fell by $1,941,000 while total sales increased by 233.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,159,000 - a 62.6% decrease over the $3,100,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Midtown in December 2016.
