Central Harlem home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Central Harlem rose by $730,000 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,505,000 - a 94.2% increase over the $775,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Central Harlem in January 2017.
