East Village home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in East Village rose by $840,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,000,000 - a 72.4% increase over the $1,160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in East Village in January 2017, as well.
