The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Clinton/Hell's Kitchen rose by $229,000 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,170,000 - a 24.3% increase over the $941,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Clinton/Hell's Kitchen in January 2017.
