Jerry Nadler has been serving in Congress since 1992 after replacing Ted Weiss. Before this role, he was a member of the New York State Assembly from 1977 to 1992. Born in New York City in 1947, Nadler resides in Manhattan and holds degrees from Columbia University and Fordham University.
