He asserted that “Trump and Musk abandoning the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) isn’t just morally wrong; it’s a national security risk.” Nadler emphasized that weakening global health efforts could increase China’s and Russia’s influence while highlighting the ongoing battle against HIV/AIDS.
