Nadler has represented New York’s 12th District in Congress since replacing Ted Weiss in 1992. Before his tenure in Congress, he served in the New York State Assembly from 1977 to 1992. Born in New York City in 1947 and currently residing in Manhattan at age 75, Nadler graduated from Columbia University with a BA in 1969 and earned his JD from Fordham University in 1978.
