Paul Hastings advises V2X on secondary offering of common stock by Vertex Aerospace

Paul Hastings LLP announced on May 12 that it advised V2X, a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol VVX, regarding the sale of over two million shares of its common stock. The shares were sold by Vertex Aerospace in an underwritten secondary offering, which closed on May 11.

The transaction involved the sale of exactly 2,004,569 shares. Paul Hastings said that Securities & Capital Markets partner Brandon Bortner and of counsel Ryan Brewer led the legal team for this matter. Public Company Advisory partners Brad Bondi and Sean Donahue also participated in leading roles, with associate Ruonan Song included as part of the team.

The law firm said it provided advice to V2X throughout the process. No additional details about financial terms or purchasers were disclosed in the announcement.
