O’Melveny & Myers advised Mixam in the sale of 50 percent of its equity to Cimpress, with the transaction closing on April 10, according to a June 2 announcement.

The O’Melveny team representing Mixam was led by partner Nate Gallon, counsel Amit Itai, and associate Gloria Oh. Details regarding the terms of the transaction were not disclosed in the announcement.
